What is a campaign?
A campaign is a one-time email or newsletter you send to a specific group of subscribers. It's ideal for announcements, updates, or promotions.
How to create a campaign
To create a campaign:
Step 1: Log in to your profile on the platform.
Step 2: Navigate to Campaigns,
From the left-hand menu, click on the “Campaigns” tab.
Step 3: Click ‘Create New’
Hit the “Create New” button to start setting up your campaign.
Step 4: Fill in Campaign Details
Enter a Campaign Name (this is for internal reference).
Select your desired subscriber list(s).
Choose the Campaign Type — either Regular or Autoresponder.
Step 5: Set Email Information
Verify the From Name
Confirm the From Email Address
Set the Reply-To Address
Add the Subject Line
Ensure To Name personalization is set (if needed)
Step 6: Configure Tracking Options
Enable or disable campaign tracking options based on your needs (like open rate, click tracking, etc.)
Step 7: Add Email Content
Choose or upload your email template.
Use the toggle template builder if you want to design your email directly within the platform.
Step 8: Review and Confirm
Go to the Campaign Confirmation section.
Double-check all your settings.
Set the send date and time.
Step 9: Schedule the Campaign
Once everything is confirmed, click “Schedule” to queue your campaign for sending.
