How to Edit or Reschedule a Campaign?

To Edit or Reschedule a Campaign: 

Step 1: Log In

Log in to your account on the email platform.

Step 2: Go to the Campaigns Tab

Navigate to the "Campaigns" section from the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Find Your Campaign

Locate the campaign you want to edit or reschedule from the list. Type campaign name in search section if needed.

Step 4: Click "Update"

Click the “Update” on gear icon next to the campaign (only possible if the campaign hasn't been sent yet).

Step 5: Make Your Edits

You can:

  • Change the subject line, sender details, or recipient list

  • Modify the email content or template

  • Adjust tracking options and personalization

Step 6: Update Schedule

To reschedule:

  • Go to the “Schedule” or “Confirmation” screen

  • Set a new date and time for sending

  • Confirm your changes

Step 7: Save or Re-Schedule

  • Click “Save Changes” if editing

  • Or click “Reschedule Campaign” to update the send timing

Note: If a campaign is already sent or sending, it cannot be edited. You'll need to duplicate it and create a new version.
